1. General data privacy conditions
1.1. SIA “NADAbyDANA”, company reg. no. LV40103904174, address: 23 Jelgavas Street, Riga, Latvia, (hereinafter referred to as “NADA”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. NADA makes every effort to ensure that the processing of personal data complies with Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
2. Purposes of personal data
NADA processes customer personal data for the following purposes:
2.1. name, surname – for identification of the customer in connection with placing an order in the NADA e-shop.
2.2. address – for the delivery of products ordered in the NADA e-store, if it is necessary to indicate the address for the type of delivery chosen by the customer; as well as the creation of a tax invoice.
2.3. mobile phone number – for the delivery of products ordered in the NADA e-store, if the customer’s chosen type of delivery requires the provision of a telephone number to notify the customer about the delivery.
2.4. e-mail – for sending NADA newsletter in electronic form, if the client has applied for this service; as well as to send necessary information about the order, payment and delivery of the order placed in the NADA e-store.
3. Third party data collection policy
3.1. Financial transactions related to the purchase on the website may be processed by payment service providers. NADA discloses your financial transaction data to payment service providers to the extent necessary for the execution of payment transactions, refunds and review of complaints;
3.2. For the purpose of providing specific services, NADA may transfer your personal data to other service providers, such as courier services, e-mail service providers and providers of such services as newsletter sendings, surveys and data protection.
3.3. NADA only attracts service providers who have put in place / undertake to put in place appropriate technical and organizational measures that will ensure an appropriate level of security of data processing that complies with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation.

3.5. NADA does not use or share the information you provide online without a legal basis. NADA is obliged to disclose personal data to state and local government officials in cases specified by law. We will be forced to disclose consumer personal information when required by law.
